iCHIP, a web based data integration center for high throughput experiments at the DKFZ, addresses the sustainable provision of the generated resources as molecular and imaging data for our national and international partners as crucial demands in basic and translational research.

 


tikalTIKAL is a 4-D image processing platform (TIKAL) for the work with laser scanning and wide field microscopes. TIKAL provides a registration software for correcting global movements and local deformations of cells as well as 2-D and 3-D tracking software.
